We wanted a blend with a stronger rosemary and sage profile to accompany veal and pork. Provençal Herbs for Pork and Veal is versatile and compliments braised dishes, grilled and roasted meats and tomato-based white meat dishes. Paired with cracked peppercorns and a spot of vinegar, this blend makes a perfect marinade for pork chops and hamburgers.
