Biryani Masala (Arvinda’s)
This blend was built for the iconic Indian rice dish, Biryani.
The world is filled with countless variations on Biryani, not just in both North and South India, but in a few other Asian countries. It’s usually an aromatic, slightly hot dish that’s made of alternating layers of rice, meat, and/or vegetables. In North America, the most well-known is, without a doubt, chicken Biryani. This masala can be used for any kind of rice dish, or as a marinade for meat as well. Add a touch of saffron for special occasions.
