Sindhi Garam Masala is a most regal spice blend made according to the rules of ancient Sind, the birthplace of Indian culture.
Noble spices are individually slow-roasted before blending. Contains very rare wild black cumin from Uzbekistan and interestingly, no black pepper, which makes this blend strictly aromatic without any heat.
This Garam Masala is particularly nice on chickpeas and rice, but is great when added to any curry as well.
