Sautéed Cremini Mushrooms
A fine example of the savory delights of simplicity.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. Cremini Mushrooms
- 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable Spice Blend, ground
- Salt, to taste

If the mushrooms are large, slice them. If not, use whole.

Heat a wok on high heat.

Pour the oil and quickly add the mushrooms and the spices.

Sauté until the mushrooms are cooked (4-5 minutes).

Salt and serve.
