The classic French Bourbon vanilla. Madagascar is the world’s largest producer of gourmet vanilla beans. 

These delicate vanilla beans from Papua New Guinea are perfect for desserts, fruit, and making homemade vanilla extract. More floral than the standard Madagascar.
