This blend was built for the iconic Indian rice dish, Biryani.
The world is filled with countless variations on Biryani, not just in both North and South India, but in a few other Asian countries. It’s usually an aromatic, slightly hot dish that’s made of alternating layers of rice, meat, and/or vegetables. In North America, the most well-known is, without a doubt, chicken Biryani.
