Typical aromas and a well-balanced fragrance. Hot but not overly so, ideal for everyday cooking.
This pepper grows in the Mondulkiri region, a mountainous province in the eastern part of Cambodia, known for its fertile soil and temperate climate. Its classic fragrance is well-balanced, delicate and woody with suggestions of eucalyptus. The final notes are hot on the tongue but, tolerable with farm-like aromas.
