A rare and aromatic pepper, with a remarkable longeur en bouche (a lingering pepper flavour that lasts).
The inhabitants of the village of Rajakumari (which means “princess” in Malayalam), situated in the Indian province of Kerala, live primarily through pepper and cardamom cultivation. The unique and mountainous conditions make for a pepper that is well known for its singular aroma. Harvested at full maturity, the tiny peppercorns are considerably denser than the other peppers grown in the region. A truly exceptional pepper.
