This fragrant, all-purpose blend does wonders for beef and lamb dishes, hamburgers, and even grilled vegetables. It can be used as is, or mixed with a little salt and rubbed on a piece of meat, poultry or fish, just before cooking. Ground, these spices can also serve in braised dishes, soups as well as in rice pilaf.
