This masala is perfect for a saucy curry made with cream, yogurt, or coconut milk. You can also use it to marinate chicken (whole, legs, drumsticks or cubes for skewering) before grilling or roasting it. For the best results, marinate with yogurt and Chicken Masala for at least 12 hours.
