This blend consists of a delicious combination of herbs, tangy spices such as sumac and lemon peels combined with mild spices like coriander and onions. It’s the perfect spice combination to season chicken, be it roasted, fried, simmered, poached or pan-fried. A wonderful, quick marinade for chicken wings, or a whole roast chicken; mix the spices with oil, garlic, honey and a little salt. Use this blend on grilled chicken breasts, served on a salad or to perk up citrus chicken thighs, or better yet, to enhance a quinoa or rice casserole.
