This hot and smoky chili spice blend is distinguished by the wide variety of chilies used in its composition. It’s punchier than traditional chili blends, but is not excessively hot. The blend consists of, among other things, seven different kinds of mild and hot, smoky chilies such as Cacho de Cabra, Chipotles and Moras.
It can be used to make a classic Chili con carne or a vegetarian chili which will be characterised by its heat and intensely smoky flavour. Use as a seasoning for burritos or tacos, to enhance pulled pork or even to elevate tomato sauce.
