Coriander is found in every cuisine in the world. Coriander seeds are mildly sweet and citrusy. They can be found in the kitchens of Europe, the Middle East, India and the Americas. Coriander seed can be used generously in a wide variety of dishes. Indeed, it’s nearly impossible to add too much coriander.
Our Indian Coriander is oval and pale in color and has a fresh lemony aroma. You’ll find it more flavorful than the more common round, brown coriander seed found in most supermarkets.
Coriander seed uses are limitless. Add them to nearly any spice blend for a sweet, citrusy backdrop, whole, ground, roasted, or raw. Coriander seeds can be added whole to pickles. Rub with crushed mustard seeds and other spices to create a wonderful crust on grilled meats and fish.
