The Dionysios family are longtime friends of Épices de Cru and continue to advise us on all manner of Greek cooking. For decades, Mr. Dionysios harvested a special selection of wild mountain herbs and blended them, by hand, into this powerfully aromatic blend. After his passing a few years ago, his children decided to continue the tradition and still collect their wild herbs in the hidden locales known only to them.
Dionysios Wild Greek Herbs are useful in an array of dishes. For classics like spanakopita, chicken gyros, roast lamb, and of course Greek salad. Great on pasta, with tomatoes, and stellar when combined with citrus and mastic.
