We’ve combined this Balinese fleur de sel with one of our favorite chilies, the Pasilla de Oaxaca, and a hint of garlic. Best used at the end of cooking or serving, on meats, poultry, or a simple ratatouille. This lightly hot salt is perfect for spicing up a soup or pasta.
