Jamaican Curry owes its hotness to habanero or Scotch bonnet chilies. The combination of this hot chili with allspice, West Indian bay leaf and thyme give an authentic West Indian flavor to this curry. In Jamaica, curry refers to goat curry. This blend, however, is also great when used for lamb, pork ,or poultry as well as root vegetable curries.
Ingredients: turmeric, coriander, fenugreek, ginger, cumin, allspice, habanero chile, nutmeg, clove.
