Our Korean red pepper owes its exceptional aroma to the fresh mountain air of Eastern Korea, where it’s harvested for the Kim family’s Kim Chi business. Dissatisfied by the quality of the chilies available, they set out to find the ingredients that could meet the needs of their company.
