Our spice blend “Layover in Korea” combines the highest grade of Korean pepper with roasted sesame, ginger and garlic. This blend is fruity yet slightly hot, which lends a Korean touch to any dish.
It the perfect blend to enhance soup, cucumber salad or even to marinate meat or tofu, which can then be used to garnish a bibimbap. Use it to punch up any grilled dish, chicken wings, noodles or simple fried rice.
