This blend was conceived when we imagined creating a fragrant vinaigrette with a hint of sweetness, which would combine beautifully with green, as well as mixed salads. Because of the inclusion of different peppers alongside Quebec garlic flowers, obtained a flavourful combination which can also perk up poultry, meat or tofu marinades. Works well when added to yogurt or mayonnaise-based dips.
Ingredients: maple sugar, pepper, yellow mustard, onion, garlic scapes, garlic, leek.
Quick and simple vinaigrette
Mix 4 Tbsp vinegar, 2 Tbsp spices, ½ cup oil and salt to taste. Let rest a few minutes before serving!
