Mauritian Masalé is commonly used with white meat, game, fish and seafood. Great with tomato- or coconut milk-based curries. True to the French influences of the island, Mauritian Masalé lends itself well to cooking with wine. Dishes made with this mild curry are therefore easily paired with fine wines.
