Blended with sage, thyme or oregano, Moroccan Mint makes a fine seasoning for veal, poultry or lamb recipes. Sprinkle it on cucumbers and tomatoes or add a pinch to your couscous or tajine. Mix Moroccan Mint into plain yoghurt with onion to make raita, a delicious Indian side dish.
