This blend was created for all varieties of pulses; lentils, black beans, Lima beans, chickpeas, dry peas, Fava beans, etc. It contains aromatic spices such as garlic, thyme and cumin alongside a generous quantity of sage, an herb which facilitates the digestion of pulses. It’s an all-purpose blend which can be used in dishes destined to cook slowly, such as simmered chickpeas or vegetable and lentil soup. Can also be added to home-made hummus, bean and corn salad or veggie-burger patties, concocted from the pulse of your choice.
