Armed with the legendary recipes of our ancestors, we recreated our version of a forgotten spice blend often found in Quebec cookbooks of yore.
The combination of these all-purpose spices was an everyday addition to our grandmothers' emblematic dishes – used like a spicy pepper for poultry, game, soups, stews, pies, pâtés, vegetable dishes, gratins, sausages and much more!
Ingredients: white pepper, cayenne, mace, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf, sage, marjoram, rosemary.
