Reshampatti is a chile that closely resembles a Cayenne pepper, quite hot and lightly fruity. The ideal chile for perking up curries, lentil dishes, or even a Butter Chicken that needs a heat-adjustment. Once ground, it’s perfectly complements pasta, homemade pickles and marinades.
