Manuel Bujold Richard, a well-known artist, is the initiator of the project and the designer of the unique process behind Saint-Laurent salt. A foodie, he decided to offer the first local sea salt, fleur de sel quality, extracted from pure and crystalline waters drawn 200 meters deep in the St. Lawrence estuary, which gives the flaky, melt-on-your-tongue salt a unique and delicate taste, less iodized than many other sea salts. It's this incredible product that we used in our Nordic spiced salt!
