Turkish Kebab spices are commonly used for marinating meat prior to barbecuing or grilling, but is equally well suited to seasoning chicken legs or breasts as to marinating filet mignon. This blend gives any meat dish an authentic Turkish flavor. Try some in your lamb ragoût or in a chickpea-based stew.
