This Vietnamese pepper blend – unquestionably an in-house concoction – was created by combining, for the most part, traditional Vietnamese peppers and spices. Hot and boldly aromatic, it can be used as a rub, a seasoning for marinating red meat, it can also be added to a dip or used as-is for any meat or vegetable dish – especially interesting for preparing Jerky.
Ingredients: Red pepper, Long pepper pearls, White pepper, Mat Khen, Red long pepper, Lemon litsée berries, Tasmanian berries.
