The Goan classic, Vindaloo Masala is a chili hot and acidic blend for meats, pork in particular.
A combination of Portuguese and South Indian cuisine. Vindaloo is prepared by marinating meat with the ground spices, wine vinegar and lots of garlic. After 24 hours, the meat is simmered with lots of onions and some water until tender. Vindaloo marinade makes wonderful grilled Portuguese chicken or pork.
