Wild-harvested Greek oregano has a strong aroma, slightly lemony, with a peppery side. Gathered in Messenia, a region in the southwest of the Peloponnese. Our supplier, who also is also an olive oil producer, harvests the oregano by hand and dried with great care, which allows it to retain its intense herbal flavor. Great in tomato or lemon-based dishes, salad dressings, or Mediterranean fish and vegetable dishes.
