Joongjak is the product of the third tea harvest of the season. The fragrance of the leaves is vegetal and well balanced, with tropical fruit notes. The infusion is very delicate and almost sweet, with a fruity fragrance resembling peaches.
This tea comes from Jeju, an island just south of Korea which is renowned for its exceptional terroir. The volcanic soil and sea breeze make for a harvest that is exceptional and unique.
