Rooibos is a shrub that originated in South Africa and its leaves are commonly used to make herbal teas. It has a delicate, slightly vanilla flavour. Blended with spices such as Indian green cardamom and Indonesian red ginger, allows us to enjoy a calming, comforting chai without caffeine. Drink as is or add a little sugar and milk.
