Si Ji Chun, or Four Spings tea, is among the most popular of Taiwan’s oolongs. This tea distinguishes itself because of its freshness, light herbaceous profile and mostly by its irresistible floral bouquet. Its infusion is generous and rich, with notes of Lily of the valley and Lilac. Can be steeped multiple times.
