An aromatic syrup, perfect for all kinds of desserts, pancakes, and waffles. It’s also great on a simple pound cake or with rice pudding.
- 2 cups infused 8-Spice Chai
- 2 cups sugar
- Zest of one orange
Place all ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium-high and reduce to desired consistency, about 45 minutes.
