Don’t be fooled by the less-than-perfect appearance of this chuntey: It’s delicious!
- 1 small bunch cilantro
- 1 small bunch mint
- Fresh green chile or Reshampatti pepper
- 1 Tbsp ginger, minced
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds
Wash herbs thoroughly and remove any tough stems. Chop and place in a blender.
Add remaining ingredients and purée. Add water if needed.
