- 4 trout filets, about 150-200 g each
- 4 Tbsp grillin' masala, ground
- 2 tsp salt
Rinse the filets in running water. Pat them dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle the filets with the spices and salt. Tap them lightly with your fingers to make the spices stick more consistently.
Grill over hot grill for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve with lemon and chive raita.
