Great dip for fresh vegetables or an accompaniment for grilled meats. To make a classic Ranch dressing, we recommend replacing the sour cream with butter milk or whisked fresh cream. Stretch with olive oil, if necessary.
- 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogourt
- 2 ½ Tbsp Fines herbes for salad, ground
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp dill and/or parsley, chopped
Mix all the ingredients together.
Refrigerate for a few hours, the longer the better.
Salt to taste. Serve.
