Garlic yogurt

To be served as a side or garnish to rice or bulgur dishes, or even as a side to kebabs or koftes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick plain yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (or grated) fine
  • 2 Tbsp dried mint (opt)
  • ¼ tsp salt

Method

    Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
