This simple salad dressing is very versatile and delicious on all varieties of lettuce.
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tsp Mediterranean Herbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 cup olive oil
Place all ingredients, except the oil, in a jar. Cover and shake well. Let rest for 5 minutes to infuse the flavours before adding the olive oil.
Shake well before using.
This vinaigrette will keep for 1 week at room temperature.
