Homemade Catalina dressing

A classic vinaigrette for a variety of salads, considerably less sweet than a store-bought dressing.
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup white vinegar
- 3 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Maple syrup or honey
- 1½ Tbsp onion flakes, ground
- 1½ Tbsp paprika
- ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ⅔ cup vegetable oil or olive oil

Mix all ingredients, except the oil, in a bowl. Let rest for 15 minutes.

Add oil and mix well until homogenous.
