Lemon and chive raita
You can add cucumber to this raita if you wish, or even replace chives with mint. A great side for grilled chicken or fish.
Ingredients
- 1 cup thick plain yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup chives, chopped fine
