Mulled wine - Wassail (hot spiced cider)
A hot drink most often associated with the Holidays, especially popular in European Christmas markets. It’s also great for a day outside, taking in the brisk winter air! You can make a similar drink with hard cider, or try a non-alcoholic version with just apple cider.
Ingredients
- 3 red wine or apple cider
- 2 Tbsp Mulling Spices
- ¼ cup sugar (adjust to taste) or honey

Place all ingredients in a pot.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat immediately.

Let simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
