Roast potatoes with greek spices
These potatoes are a perfect accompaniment to barbecues, especially when paired with a Tzatziki sauce or a feta dip.
- 2 lbs new potatoes
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 2 Tbsp Greek Salad Dressing Spices
- ¼ cup olive oil
Heat the oven to 375 °F.
Cut the potatoes into 2-inch pieces. Place in a bowl with salt, spices and olive oil. Mix well and place on a baking sheet.
Roast until the potatoes are cooked and golden (30-40 minutes).
