These simple, classic stir-fries are always good, easy to make and perfect for those days when time is short.
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 lb raw, peeled shrimp
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Aleppo pepper
- 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
Heat a large pan on medium-high. Add oil and garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds.
Add shrimp, smoked paprika and pepper. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Grate 1 teaspoon lemon zest over shrimp. Cook for 1 more minute more.
Add lemon juice, salt and parsley. Stir well.
