Spices for fish
This aromatic spice blend comes from our recipe for salmon tail but is great on any kind of fish, seafood and vegetables.
Ingredients
- ½ tsp coriander seed
- ½ tsp fennel seed
- ½ tsp tarragon
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp thyme
- ¼ tsp oregano
- ½ tbsp yellow mustard seed
- 1½ tbsp onion flakes
- 2 allspice berries

Mix all the spices. Grind just before using.
