A fairly piquant mayonnaise, with bold fragrances of smoky chiles, perfect to flavour a roast pork or tomato sandwich. Can also be served as a dip for crudités. For a less hot version, use our Cajun or Tex-Mex spice blends.
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Hot and Smoky chili spice blend, ground
- 1 green onion, slivered
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
