The perfect sauce for souvlaki or grilled meat and vegetables of all kinds. It also makes a great dip for crudités. It’s best when prepared a few hours in advance.
- 1 medium English cucumber
- 1½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp Tzatziki spice blend
Grate the cucumber without peeling it. Press out some of the water with your hands.
Place the cucumber in a bowl with the remaining ingredients. Stir.
