Ras-el-hanout – Arabic for “roof of the store” – is the artisanal Moroccan blend upon which the reputation of the merchant rests. In adherence with timeless tradition, we created this blend with 27 spices ranging from ginger and cinnamon to the rare and exorbitant Iris root, saffron and mastic. Arik de Vienne calls this blend “perfume for the kitchen.” Use it as a finishing touch on your dishes, Moroccan or otherwise.
Ingredients: nigella, kentjur, cumin, Guinea pepper, chili, ginger,cardamom, masic, nutmeg, rose, cinnamon, clove, turmeric, lavender, menthol, cassia buds, cubeb, licorice, saffron, iris root.
