A green Oolong from the Anxi region (China) with grassy, floral flavors, roasted in-house for a few hours to give it a lovely roundness with very little bitterness and a delicious nutty, buttery aroma.
Don’t hesitate to infuse this tea several times: if the first infusions will bring more pronounced roasted notes, the subsequent ones will let the herbaceous and floral notes shine through.
